Hi There! We are Scott and Niki Nonnemaker...The Maker Team with 54 Realty!!

We are a husband and wife Realtor team in the Tampa Bay area. We both grew up in this area as children ourselves, and served our community for nearly twenty years as former teachers. We are a blended family, with five active children ranging in age from 12 to 22 between us. As such, we have spent the last several decades heavily involved in different schools, school districts, sports teams, faith-based organizations, and community outreach programs. Bottom line...we KNOW our community!!
